Registration is run in two phases at the Cambridge IV. The total team cap is 120 with an institution cap of 3 teams. Teams cost £85 per entry and n-1 will apply for judging.
The first round of entry will open on July 31st and close on August 11th. This is for International teams only. The Cambridge IV encourages participation from all over the world, and a quota of dedicated international team slots is set aside for this purpose. After this round has closed, successful applicants will be informed and have until August 30th to pay. After this teams will have their spaces reallocated to teams on the waiting list. Any international team that does not successfully register in this phase can re-try in the main phase of registration.

The second round of entry will open on August 12th and close on August 19th. Any team (including IONA institutions and International institutions unsuccessful in the first round) can apply. Entry will be on a first-come, first-served basis, with all slots filled. The Cambridge IV is highly regarded and registration often fills up very quickly. As such is recommended that you register early to avoid disappointment. Successful teams will be informed once registration has closed and will have until September 10th to pay. Teams that have not paid by the deadline will have their slots reallocated to teams on the waiting list.
